IF YOU ARE NEW TO YOGA, THIS PAGE IS FOR YOU! HERE IS YOUR GUIDE ON HOW TO PREPARE FOR OUR CLASSES. EVERYTHING YOU MIGHT NEED, FROM YOUR EQUIPMENT, TO FOOD AND DRINK.
WHAT TO WEAR
Wear comfortable clothing you can easily move in. Leggings, loose shorts, t-shirts or vests. Bring another layer for the cool down section of the class. If you are attending a Yin class, I suggest bringing a jumper and possibly some socks as these poses are static and mainly floor based
Bring some water and a yoga towel to lay over your mat. If you have your own yoga mat feel free to bring it along.

Make sure you eat two hours before you come to class.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the lesson starts to make sure the lesson can start on time.

The entrance is signposted located just next to the courtyard (Pednor House). IDYoga is on the same side of the road as the courtyard with the dovecot, just past it. Unfortunately Satnav won’t take you to the exact location so please look out for the sign! Please arrive 10 minutes early your first time as it's easy to get lost!

Please park next to the conservatory, through the gate (area marked yellow). If your car is a little bigger, please park on the same side of the road between the dove cot and the road (also marked yellow). Please only park in the yellow areas. If there is a class before, please wait for the other cars to exit.
