This workshop designed to enable you to begin a home practice. The Magic 10 is a series of 10 poses designed Sharon Gannon as a warm up. It is a good way to get your body moving first thing in the morning or at any time you need refreshing.

During this workshop you will be guided through the sequence; learning correct alignment and benefits for each asana. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about home practice and enjoy a deep relaxation towards the end of the session.

There will be herbal tea and smoothies.
