An introduction to the Jivamukti method founded by Sharon Gannon and David Life.
Jivamukti is a physical, ethical, and spiritual yoga practice, combining a vigorous vinyasa-based hatha yoga, with adherence to five central tenets: shastra (scripture), bhakti (devotion), ahimsa (nonviolence), nāda (music), and dhyana (meditation).
This workshop will include an introduction to the 5 tenets of Jivamukti, a strong vinyasa practice, inversions and mediation.
This workshop is ideal for people who have practiced yoga before who are looking to deepen or challenge their practice. Intermediate and Advanced yogis.
